Why Business Central's built-in VAT validation may not be audit-ready by default

Microsoft's own documentation states that the built-in VIES validation service uses HTTP. That does not make Business Central non-compliant on its own, but it does create a documented security and audit-evidence gap finance and IT teams should understand.
